Practice Manager, Dental Hygienist, and Marketing Director
I was born and raised in Mackay, and I currently live past Hollister! My husband runs their multi-generation farm and ranch and I enjoy getting my hands dirty when I’m not at the office. We have 2 kids—Odin and Lillian—they are so fun! I have been a dental hygienist since 2015 and have been the marketing director since 2019. ADCTF has impacted my life in so many aspects, but I have never felt more proud to say I work for people that give so much to the community as well as provide great dentistry!

I have lived in Idaho since I was 4 years old. I got my bachelor’s degree at the University of Idaho. I have worked for Dr. Rencher since 2000! I love to give back to my community and stay involved with my church. I play the drums, guitar, and piano. I enjoy playing outside with my Scottish Terrier, Duncan. I enjoy reading, cross-stitching, crocheting, and watching as much science fiction and horror as possible. I love ADCTF because they are my second family!

I grew up in Twin Falls and completed my degrees in business and health science at CSI! When I’m not working, I love to explore the outdoors and learn about other cultures. I also enjoy watching documentaries in my spare time. I am fluent in Turkish, which is a great asset to have for our Turkish patients! I am very happy to be a part of ADCTF to learn and grow—not only professionally, but personally as well.

After two decades of dedicated hygiene work, I transitioned to the front desk—dental hygiene takes a toll on the body! I love that I can still interact with patients and serve in dentistry. Fun fact: I actually attended hygiene school with Dr. Rencher’s sister, Jaylynn! Outside of work, I enjoy leisurely walks and I have a passion for photography. What I love about ADCTF is the patient centric care and how kind the team is.

I was born and raised in Twin Falls, ID! I have been a hygienist since 2016, and I have been with ADCTF since the beginning of 2020. I have a son named Ryker who is the light of my life! My husband and I enjoy being outdoors and exploring new places! I love working at ADCTF because of our impact on our community and I am so happy to be serving here!

I graduated from College of Southern Idaho’s Dental Hygiene program in 2024 but I have 13 years of dental experience as a dental assistant! I grew up in the Twin Falls area, moved to Utah for a while, and now I’m back! In my free time, I love spending time with my beautiful children, doing CrossFit, and travelling. I am also a music lover, and I will never pass up a good karaoke jam! What I love most about ADCTF is that the culture is AMAZING!! They are so welcoming and I’m excited to be here.

I was born and raised in Star. I graduated from the College of Southern Idaho’s Dental Hygiene program in 2024 and decided to make Twin Falls my new home! I love spending quality time with her family and my adorable dog, cooking up delicious meals, painting beautiful art, and embracing the great outdoors. I love that the ADCTF environment here is so welcoming and friendly. Fun fact: I initially wanted to be a veterinarian and has 3 years of animal science under her belt.

I grew up in Salmon so I am a lover of mountains and the outdoors! I graduated from ISU in 2024 and am excited to be helping patients achieve a happy and healthy smile! What I love about ADCTF is how welcoming everyone is and the level of appreciation the Rencher’s show the team. I have the cutest German Shorthaired Pointer puppy named Rue! I look forward to the relationships I will gain with my patients!

I am originally from Colima, Mexico, and live in Wendell with my little family. My husband and I were blessed with our sweet boy in November of 2023 and he is everything to us! I love to golf, hike, ride horseback, and surf. I enjoy time with my family and friends. A fun fact is that I love seafood and love to spend money on nice things! I have worked at ADCTF since 2019 and I always have fun when I’m with my dental family!

I grew up here and have thoroughly enjoyed dentistry so far, I graduated Assist to Succeed in 2022! I eventually want to become a pediatric dentist; I love children! Golfing and hanging out with friends are my favorite hobbies. I have 4 golden retriever fur babies that I give a lot of attention to! I’m a total card shark, I LOVE to play cards!! I have loved ADCTF from day 1 because the Rencher’s are the most caring, loving bosses I have ever been blessed to work for. Thank you for all you do!

I am from Wendell and love that I was able to move back to my home roots. I earned my dental assisting certificate in 2023 and a family member who is a patient told me that I needed to work at ADCTF…and I’m so glad I did! I love that everyone is so friendly and loves what they do. I have a passion for health and fitness, so you’ll find me in the gym or exploring the outdoors when I’m out of the office!

I was born and raised in Fallon, Nevada and recently moved to Twin Falls the summer of 2024! I was a dental assistant for a couple years, ranging from pediatric, orthodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry, I have a precious weiner dog, Frankie, who is my baby! When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors with my boyfriend or finding new restaurants with yummy food! I love that ADCTF is so patient focused–my boyfriend was initially a patient here who told me to apply because his experience was amazing! I look forward to serving patients with such a great team!

I have just moved to Twin Falls in the summer of 2024 from Texas! I have a background in customer service in optometry but I have always had a passion for dentistry. I take great pride in customer service and quality of care so I knew that this was a great place to get my dental experience! I later plan on attending dental assisting school to receive my certification. When I’m not working, I love to hike and explore…I am so excited to see more of what this beautiful state has to offer! I like to stay busy so you will usually see me working multiple jobs….I also like to splurge at ULTA so working there for the discount is awesome 🙂 When I’m not working, I really enjoy snuggling my baby boy that joined us in the summer of 2024, riding 4-wheelers, swimming, and running. I love the sense of community here at ADCTF.

My dream is to become a dental hygienist and I wanted dental experience before applying to the program this spring…so here we are!! I grew up locally, in Burley. She is also bilingual (making that 6 total in our office!)—a huge plus for our large Hispanic patient base! I love to read, catch up on good shows, and go for long walks…on the beach, if there is one What I love about ADCTF is how welcoming the whole team is!
