Answer First: Why So Much Dental Care Happens Under One Roof at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls
Patients can get so much dental care under one roof because a single, well-equipped practice can combine routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, cosmetic work, and Invisalign without sending you across town. When one team keeps your full record, every visit builds on the last, and that continuity makes planning simpler and care smoother.
The short answer for busy Twin Falls patients
If you live a full life in the Magic Valley, you want fewer appointments and fewer new waiting rooms. A comprehensive practice lets you handle a cleaning, a worn filling, and a conversation about straighter teeth in a single relationship instead of three separate offices. That’s why so much care fits under one roof at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls.
How comprehensive care saves time and reduces referrals
Comprehensive care saves time because the people who examine you can often treat you too. Instead of being referred elsewhere for common needs, you stay with a team that already understands your goals and history. Research on evidence-based dental care shows that combining clinical judgment with a patient’s values leads to more practical, patient-centered decisions, and you can read more about that balanced approach in this overview of how dentists blend clinical experience with patient preferences.
What ‘Under One Roof’ Really Means in Modern Dentistry
“Under one roof” means your preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and alignment needs are handled within a single practice by a team that coordinates every step. It is not a slogan. It is a workflow that keeps your information in one place and keeps your care connected.
Preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and alignment care in one place
Most of what mouths need falls into a handful of categories, and a comprehensive office is built to cover them:
- Preventive visits such as cleanings and exams that catch small problems early.
- Restorative work such as fillings, crowns, and replacing missing teeth.
- Cosmetic improvements that brighten and refine your smile.
- Alignment with Invisalign to straighten teeth and improve how your bite works.
When these services share one roof, a worn tooth spotted at a cleaning can become a treatment plan the same day instead of a referral note.
The mouth-body connection behind integrated care
The mouth is connected to the rest of your health, which is why coordinated dental care matters. The American Dental Association has highlighted how medical and dental teams increasingly work together around this mouth-body link, and you can explore that thinking in the ADA’s discussion of how dental care connects to overall health. Keeping your care in one place helps your team see the whole picture rather than isolated snapshots.
Why continuity of care improves outcomes
Continuity improves outcomes because the team treating you today remembers what happened last year. Reviews of coordinated care for older adults show that working across disciplines supports healthier mouths over time, as summarized in this look at coordinated strategies for improving oral health in aging patients. The same principle helps every age group: fewer handoffs means fewer gaps.
| A note from Dr. Brian Rencher
“When patients stay with one team that knows their history, we catch issues earlier and plan treatment that fits their real life. That is the quiet advantage of caring for the whole mouth under one roof.” |
Meet the Team Behind Your Care
The team behind your care is led by Dr. Brian Rencher, a Twin Falls native who has spent his career helping people feel confident about their smiles. His focus on comprehensive dentistry is the reason so many services live under one roof at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls.
Dr. Brian Rencher’s approach to comprehensive dentistry
Dr. Brian Rencher practiced alongside his father for 18 years before carrying the practice forward, and that long view shapes how he treats families today. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville and later received the AACA Fellow award in 2024, an honor held by very few dentists. He is also fluent in Spanish, so both English- and Spanish-speaking patients feel at home.
Mentorship, patented technology, and a patient-centered philosophy
Dr. Brian Rencher’s approach is shaped by ongoing mentorship and by patented technology developed with Dr. Galler. That background allows our patients to eat with their trays in during Invisalign, which is a meaningful comfort for busy families. The philosophy stays simple: treat people the way you would want your own family treated, and keep their care connected in one place.
Invisalign at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls
Invisalign at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls fits naturally into comprehensive care because the same team that watches your overall health also guides your alignment. That means your straightening plan is built around your whole mouth, not treated as a separate errand.
How Invisalign fits into comprehensive care
Because alignment shares the roof with cleanings and restorative work, your progress is reviewed in the same relationship that handles everything else. Invisalign uses a series of clear trays worn about 24 hours a day to gently guide teeth into place. Straighter teeth can be easier to clean and can help your bite work better, and you can learn more in this guide on how Invisalign improves your smile and health.
Eating comfortably with your trays in
At Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls, we have our patients eat with their trays in, thanks to Dr. Brian Rencher’s mentorship and the patented technology developed with Dr. Galler. This keeps your 24-hour wear schedule on track and removes a lot of the daily fuss people expect from clear aligners. For day-to-day habits that keep trays fresh and clear, see these Invisalign care tips from Dr. Brian Rencher.

The Barriers That Keep Patients From Accepting Treatment
The barriers that keep patients from accepting treatment are usually cost, fear, and convenience. When one practice can address all three, far more people get the care they actually need.
Cost, fear, and convenience explained
- Cost: Uncertainty about price and payment often pauses decisions before they start.
- Fear: Worry about discomfort or past bad experiences keeps people away.
- Convenience: Scattered appointments across multiple offices feel impossible for busy schedules.
How one-roof care lowers these barriers
One roof lowers these barriers by bundling trust and logistics together. A familiar team eases fear, a single office reduces the number of trips, and coordinated planning makes costs clearer because everything is discussed in one place. Policy reviews show that making dental access simpler is a worldwide goal, as described in this comparison of oral health guidelines across several countries. Removing friction is exactly what a comprehensive practice is built to do.

Meet Dr. Brian Rencher
For Dr. Brian Rencher, dentistry runs in the family. A Twin Falls native, he practiced alongside his father for 18 years before his father’s retirement in 2019, and he’s carried that same commitment to patient care forward ever since. Today he brings his expertise in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and implants to every visit, always with a personal touch.
His path took him through Idaho State University for his bachelor’s degree and the University of Louisville for his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Along the way, he served an LDS mission in Chile and came home fluent in Spanish, a skill he still uses to connect with patients today. He and his wife, Jodie, married in 1995 and now have four kids: Madison, Dalton, Meigan, and Meilin.
In 2024, Dr. Rencher was named an AACA Fellow, an honor held by fewer than 100 dentists worldwide. He’s also led humanitarian dental trips abroad and volunteers with Special Olympics, Give Kids a Smile, and Boy Scouts of America. Through Dentistry from the Heart, he and his team provide thousands of dollars in free dental care to the local community.
Outside the practice, he’s usually outdoors: skiing, playing soccer, boating, or spending time with his kids. That same energy shows up in the practice he and Jodie have built, one where patients and team members feel right at home.
Frequently asked questions
| Q: What are the three biggest barriers to patients accepting dental treatment?
The three biggest barriers are cost, fear, and convenience. Price uncertainty, worry about discomfort, and scattered appointments all slow decisions. A comprehensive practice like Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls reduces each one by offering connected care, a familiar team, and fewer separate trips. |
| Q: What is the 50-40-30 rule in dentistry?
The 50-40-30 rule is an informal way patients talk about prioritizing dental attention across prevention, repair, and long-term planning. The practical point is simple: steady prevention lowers future costs, and a team that sees you regularly helps keep that balance for you. |
| Q: What is the 3-3-3 rule for dental?
The 3-3-3 rule is a memory aid many patients use after a procedure: rest, follow your care instructions, and watch for anything unusual over the first few days, checking in with your team if something does not improve as expected. |
Remember: Keeping your care under one roof means fewer trips, one connected record, and a team that already knows your story. For Invisalign, consistent wear of about 24 hours a day keeps your plan on track.
