Rooted in the Magic Valley: How Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls Serves Its Community
Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls is involved in the Magic Valley through school partnerships, youth program support, local event sponsorships, free dental care days, and ongoing oral health education for families. Our mission has always been simple: to care for the same community we grew up in and love. Being local is not a marketing line for us. It is who we are, and it shapes every decision we make.
Our local mission
Our mission is to make quality dental care accessible, friendly, and personal for families throughout Twin Falls and the surrounding Magic Valley towns. We believe a healthy smile builds confidence, and confidence helps people show up fully in their lives, their work, and their families. That belief drives both our dental work and our community involvement.
| A word from Dr. Brian Rencher
“Caring for this community is personal for me. I grew up here, raised my family here, and seeing a neighbor leave our office with a confident smile is the reason I do what I do.” |
Why community connection matters to our patients
When your dentist knows your town, your schools, and your families, care becomes more personal. Patients at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls are not just names on a chart. They are neighbors, teammates, classmates, and friends, and that connection shapes the comfortable experience we aim to deliver every day.
A Snapshot of the Magic Valley and Twin Falls, Idaho
Twin Falls is the heart of the Magic Valley, a region in south-central Idaho known for its stunning Snake River Canyon, Shoshone Falls, and a strong sense of community. Families here value hard work, the outdoors, and taking care of one another, and we are proud to be part of that story.
What Twin Falls is known for
Twin Falls is famous for Shoshone Falls, often called the Niagara of the West, and for the Perrine Bridge that draws BASE jumpers from around the world. The area is also known for agriculture, outdoor recreation, and a welcoming small-city feel that keeps families rooted here for generations.
Local families at the heart of our practice
Many of our patients have trusted us across generations, from grandparents to grandchildren. Together with his wife, Jodie, Dr. Brian Rencher has cultivated a practice that feels like an extension of the community, where every visit is personal, and every family is treated like our own.
Our Community Outreach and Local Partnerships
Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls gives back through school support, youth sponsorships, local events, and free dental care days. Giving back is woven into our calendar every year, and our whole team takes part.
Supporting local schools and youth programs
We believe healthy habits start young, so we invest in local schools and youth programs. Dr. Rencher has volunteered with organizations including Special Olympics, Give Kids a Smile, Boy Scouts of America, and local sports teams. These efforts help kids build confidence and learn that caring for their smile is part of caring for their health.
Participating in Magic Valley events and sponsorships
Our team shows up for the community through local sponsorships and events throughout the year. Supporting youth sports organizations and local gatherings is one of our favorite ways to say thank you to the valley that has supported our family for so long.
Giving back through oral health education
Our team has participated in Dentistry from the Heart, an event where we volunteer to provide thousands of dollars in free dental work for the community. Dr. Rencher has also served and led dental humanitarian trips abroad. Access to care remains a real challenge for many families. A detailed report on oral health in America explains how access gaps and untreated dental disease still affect communities nationwide, which is why local outreach matters so much. You can read more in the Oral Health in America report from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, which highlights both progress and the barriers that still exist.
Promoting Oral Health Across the Magic Valley
Promoting oral health means more than fixing problems. It means preventing them, educating families, and making sure more people can reach the care they need. That is a core part of community involvement at Advanced Dental Care of Twin Falls.
Why access to dental care matters locally
Access to dental care matters because untreated issues can affect eating, speaking, sleeping, and self-confidence. Many families face barriers related to cost, distance, or time. A review of health equity in dentistry explains how these gaps fall hardest on underserved groups, and you can explore the discussion in this ADA News feature on health equity and dentistry, which looks at how the profession is working to close those gaps. Our free care days are one local answer to that challenge.
Oral health and overall well-being
A healthy mouth supports a healthy body. When you keep your gums and teeth in good shape, you protect more than your smile. If you want practical steps you can start today, see our guide on simple habits for healthy gums and a healthy smile, which breaks down easy routines that make a lasting difference.
Preventive care and patient education
Prevention is the most reliable way to avoid bigger problems down the road. Everyday habits, regular checkups, and good home care all add up. Dr. Rencher shares a handy routine in our post on Dr. Brian Rencher’s 5-minute morning routine for your smile, which turns healthy habits into a simple daily rhythm. Guidance on managing cavities for patients of every age is also well summarized in this evidence-based caries management guide, which offers practical direction for keeping teeth strong across a lifetime.

Meet Dr. Brian Rencher
For Dr. Brian Rencher, dentistry runs in the family. A Twin Falls native, he practiced alongside his father for 18 years before his father’s retirement in 2019, and he’s carried that same commitment to patient care forward ever since. Today he brings his expertise in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and implants to every visit, always with a personal touch.
His path took him through Idaho State University for his bachelor’s degree and the University of Louisville for his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Along the way, he served an LDS mission in Chile and came home fluent in Spanish, a skill he still uses to connect with patients today. He and his wife, Jodie, married in 1995 and now have four kids: Madison, Dalton, Meigan, and Meilin.
In 2024, Dr. Rencher was named an AACA Fellow, an honor held by fewer than 100 dentists worldwide. He’s also led humanitarian dental trips abroad and volunteers with Special Olympics, Give Kids a Smile, and Boy Scouts of America. Through Dentistry from the Heart, he and his team provide thousands of dollars in free dental care to the local community.
Outside the practice, he’s usually outdoors: skiing, playing soccer, boating, or spending time with his kids. That same energy shows up in the practice he and Jodie have built, one where patients and team members feel right at home.
